How We Work Together

Every project starts with a conversation. Here's the general flow:

1. Discovery

We start by understanding your business and your audience. What does the site need to do? Who's visiting? What's the offer? We also look at your current site (if you have one), your domain and hosting setup, and any brand assets you've already got.

2. Design

We design around your goals, not someone else's template. You'll see wireframes or mockups before we touch code, and you'll have real input on look, feel, and structure. Revisions are built into the process.

3. Build

We build in WordPress — our specialty — with mobile-responsive design and real SEO foundations from day one. Custom development when you need it, clean code throughout, and clear timelines so you always know where we are.

4. Launch & Beyond

We launch your site, walk you through how to manage it, and stay in your corner. Maintenance packages are available for ongoing updates, security, and content changes — because the developer who disappears after launch isn't a developer worth hiring.

The disappearing developer rescue. A client's previous developer ghosted them mid-project, leaving a half-built site and no logins. I stepped in, rebuilt from scratch, and got them launched. They've stayed a client ever since.

The DIY rescue. A solopreneur had cobbled together a free template that was slow, broken on mobile, and impossible to update. We replaced it with a custom WordPress build she can manage herself - and her inquiry rate doubled in the first month.
