AI Business Coaching That Aligns with Your Goals, Not the Hype

We Make Technology Our Life, So You Don't Have To Make It Yours.

Every AI vendor is selling you the future. We help you figure out what's actually useful today — for your business, your team, and your pace.

Who This Is For

AI Business Coaching is built for small business owners, solopreneurs, nonprofits, and growing teams who are ready to put AI to work without getting buried in jargon, vendor pitches, or shiny-object syndrome.

This is a good fit if you are:

  • Curious about AI but don't know where to start. You've heard the buzz. You've watched competitors talk about AI on LinkedIn. You're wondering what's real and what's noise.
  • Already using AI informally and want structure. Maybe you're using ChatGPT for emails or Copilot for spreadsheets, but it feels random. You want a real plan.
  • Confused by your tech stack. AI strategy doesn't exist in a vacuum. If you're paying for tools you don't fully use, or you're not sure how your current systems fit together, that's part of the work.
  • Ready to integrate AI into operations, marketing, or customer service. You have a specific business problem, and you want to know whether AI is the right tool for it.
  • Done with hype. You want someone who will tell you when AI isn't the answer, not just sell you on more of it.

How We Work Together

Every engagement starts with a conversation. Here's the general flow:

1. Discovery

We start by understanding your business: what you do, who you serve, what's working, and what's frustrating. We also look at how you're currently using technology and AI — formally or informally — so we have a clear picture before recommending anything.

2. Strategy Alignment

We map AI tools and workflows to your actual business goals. If AI fits, we'll tell you how. If something else would serve you better, we'll tell you that too. Integrity is part of the process.

3. Implementation Guidance

Depending on the engagement, this looks different. In a single session, you'll leave with at least one concrete action item. In a longer engagement, we work through implementation alongside you — coaching, training, and in some cases helping with the hands-on work.

4. Ongoing Support

For longer engagements, we stay in your corner. Weekly sessions, messaging support, and a personalized action plan that evolves as your business grows.

What Makes This Different

There's no shortage of AI consultants right now. Here's what sets this work apart:

  • A PhD in Information Systems Management. This isn't a hobby. AI and technology strategy is what we research, study, and teach — not just what we sell.
  • Nearly 30 years in technology. We've watched trends come, peak, and quietly disappear since 1996. That history helps us spot what's substance and what's noise.
  • We align AI to your goals — not the other way around. Most consultants are incentivized to sell more AI. We're not. If your business doesn't need AI for a particular problem, we'll tell you.
  • We look at the whole picture. AI strategy almost always touches your broader tech stack, the tools you're already paying for, the workflows that have grown messy over time, the systems that don't talk to each other. We work on all of it.
  • Integrity in the process. No upsells. No vendor kickbacks driving recommendations. Just honest guidance from someone who's been doing this a long time.

Client Stories

Some of the work we've done with small business owners:

The over-bloated tech stack. A solopreneur came to us paying for more tools than she could keep track of — and she couldn't even figure out how to get into her email. We simplified her stack, trained her on the essentials, and saved her money in the process.

The hacked employee emails. A small business kept having employee emails compromised. We implemented multi-factor authentication, deployed a security stack, and ran in-person cybersecurity training for the team.

The disappearing developer. When a client's web developer ghosted them mid-project, we stepped in and rebuilt the site so they could get back to business.

The pattern across this work: listen, simplify, train, follow through. Whether the topic is AI, security, or general technology, that's how we work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm not sure AI is right for my business?

Then you're exactly the kind of person who benefits from a Virtual Coffee or The Starter session. We'll talk it through honestly. If AI isn't the right fit for your situation, we'll say so.

Do I have to commit long-term to work with you?

No. The Starter is a single session with no ongoing commitment. The Accelerator is three months with no long-term agreement required. Only The Intensive (12 months) requires a coaching agreement.

What if I need help with general technology, not just AI?

That's part of the work. AI strategy is rarely just about AI — it touches your tech stack, your workflows, and the tools you already use. We address all of it in the coaching engagement.

Do you work outside of Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. Coaching happens by video, so location doesn't matter. We work with clients across Texas and the U.S.
