Dr. Melody White is a seasoned technology expert dedicated to guiding businesses through the complexities of the tech landscape with top-tier consulting and corporate training services. She is also a sought-after speaker, available for various speaking engagements. Dr. White is the founder and owner of On Your Side Technologies, whose motto is, “We Make Technology Our Life, So You Don’t Have To Make It Yours.” Her extensive experience spans working with businesses of all sizes, providing solutions that optimize business processes and automate operations, ultimately saving time and money.
Throughout her career, Dr. White has designed websites that empower businesses to achieve their digital goals. Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she assisted numerous non-profits in revamping their websites and processes to continue serving their clients effectively. She also guided businesses in navigating the social media landscape, ensuring they maintained customer engagement, which resulted in customer growth as businesses reopened. Her clientele spans across the globe.
Dr. Melody White boasts over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Her diverse roles include Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Switch Engineer, Software Engineer, and International IT Project Manager. As a Switch Engineer in telecommunications, her exceptional coding skills led to her transition into training, where she developed and taught coding and debugging courses worldwide. Later, she ventured into academia, imparting her knowledge of coding to students.
For over 20 years, Dr. White has run a successful IT consulting firm specializing in website design, programming, custom software development, including mobile applications, and comprehensive IT consulting across various domains such as networking and process improvement through IT. Her research interests lie in artificial intelligence and programming. She has also contributed her expertise to the National Technology Committee for Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., served as a member of the Southwestern Delta Region Technology Committee for the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, and acted as a consultant for Cedar Hill ISD’s technology board.
Dr. White resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
